GLOW LEVEL

The idea of "water level to light signaling for remote observation"  was first shared by my friend Mr. Chauhan Vivek, Pune about two months ago. Such applications were existing, but he has reduced the cost of developing them cheap. He was using these systems since two years for observing the water levels in the residential areas for overhead water tank and water sumps. He asked me to name it, and I named it as "Glow Level". Mr. Chauhan Vivek declared it as open knowledge. I liked it very much and I said it has many applications for monitoring and decision making like: canal water levels, reservoir water levels, flood levels monitoring, soil moisture, paddy fields water level, etc.
